Alain and Gerard Wertheimer's homebred 3-year-old filly Goldistyle (Ire) (Dubawi {Ire}), the sixth of seven surviving foals out of MG1SW superstar Goldikova (Ire) (Anabaa), shed maiden status at the second attempt when getting up late to narrowly deny Teruya Yoshida's homebred Sentimental Mambo (GB) (Deep Impact {Jpn}), herself a daughter of MG1SW distaffer Stacelita (Fr) (Monsun {Ger}), in Friday's Prix de la Prairie over one mile at Chantilly.

GOLDISTYLE (IRE) (f, 3, Dubawi {Ire}–Goldikova {Ire} {2x Ch. Grass Mare-US, Ch. Older Horse-Eur, Ch. Older Mare-Eur, MG1SW-Eng & Fr, MGISW-US, $7,176,551}, by Anabaa), an Apr. 6 debut third behind the 'TDN Rising Star' performance of Wensleydale (GB) (Frankel {GB}) going one mile at Saint-Cloud last time, raced in fourth through the early strides and tanked forward to go second before halfway in this one. Niggled along soon after turning for home, the 13-5 second favourite came under sterner urging to tackle Sentimental Mambo (GB) (Deep Impact {Jpn}), herself a daughter of MG1SW & MGISW distaffer Stacelita (Fr) (Monsun {Ger}), passing the quarter-mile marker and was driven out to edge that foe by a short neck nearing the line. Goldistyle is the sixth of seven surviving foals and becomes the third scorer for MG1SW superstar distaffer Goldikova (Ire) (Anabaa) and the February-foaled homebred chestnut is a half-sister to G3 Prix Cleopatre victrix and G1 Prix de Diane third Terrakova (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}) and the hitherto unraced 2-year-old colt Lehman (GB) (Galileo {Ire}). Goldikova's siblings include G1 Prix Vermeille heroine and MG1SP G1 Prix de Diane runner-up Galikova (Fr) (Galileo {Ire}), MG1SP sire Anodin (Ire) (Anabaa) and GSW G1 Prix Jean Prat placegetter Gold Luck (Fr) (Redoute's Choice {Aus}).
